Back in Action
This formula was developed by Shaolin monks to heal wounds received during fighting or heavy martial arts training. Use to treat pain due to trauma or injury and chronic muscle or connective tissue pain due to old injuries. Take before and after deep tissue massage, especially when massage is indicated due to injury.*
Back in Action may be used in cases of:- muscle or soft tissue pain
- bone injury pain
- back pain including chronic lower back pain
- osteoarthritis pain
- chronic muscle or connective tissue pain due to old injury
- delayed onset muscle soreness, both acute and preventative
- tendonitis or damaged ligaments
Formula history: For centuries, in a largely lawless China, Shaolin monks protected villagers from warlords and petty criminals. One warlord, Shi Yousan, burned the Shaolin temple in 1928, and much knowledge was lost. Fortunately, a young monk tasked with copying texts had documents in his room when the temple was attacked. He fled with what he could carry and hid them away, where they remained for some 50 years before being rediscovered.
